- Credit card details are required as a reservation guarantee . Bookings will not be considered confirmed without a valid credit card.
- Bookings may not be cancelled up to 48 hours of arrival date. If you cancel your booking,or reduce the number of guests in a group, Rafter’s Gastro Pub reserves the right to charge you for your stay as per original agreement.
- In event of no show/non arrival, your credit card will be charged for full amount of booking.
- Cancellation policy. Final numbers must be confirmed, including on group bookings, 48 hours in advance of arrival date.The onus is on guest to confirm final numbers. Rafter’s Gastro Pub, in accordance with its policy, will charge credit card for number of guests agreed, unless informed before 48 hours of arrival date.
- Pre-authorisation of credit card . It is our policy to pre-authorise credit cards before arrival. This is not a deposit and should not be viewed as such. It is fully refundable on checkout. The charge is used as a security guarantee and will be charged to your credit card in the event of the following;
– Damage to property
– Refunds given to other guests due to inconvenience caused by credit card holder or members of their group.
– Failure to pay account in full .
– Failure to meet obligations in relation to agreed number of guests arriving. - In relation to group bookings, Rafter’s Gastro Pub cannot accept individual payent form guests and require the organiser to collect full amount and present for payment on arrival.
- Rafter’s Gastro Pub reserves the right to change information and descriptions of products and services etc.While every effort has being made to ensure the accuracy of all information we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.
- In relation to BOOKING.COM/COUNTRYWIDE HOTEL.COM or similar 3rd party booking agents, be advised that seperate terms and conditions may apply to online bookings .Please refer to the agent/vendor for these.

- The Q multi storey carpark in Ormonde st., is owned and operated by Q PARK IRELAND .This carpark is for use, amongst others, by customers of Rafter’s Gastro Pub and Rafter’s Gastro Pub offers no warrenty or indemnity as to the protection or safety of vechiles left in the carpark premises or goods left in said carpark. This is entirly at the customers risk.
